Susan joined Tailored Fire and Security in 2017 as Compliance Manager and during her tenure at TFS she has led many operational initiatives and became a member of the board in May 2020. Susan has 20 years’ experience in systems integration and life safety systems, she has a passion for providing excellent service and leads a talented team of Contract Managers, Project Managers, Service Managers and multi skilled install, service and commissioning engineers based throughout the UK. Susan has a wealth of technical expertise and is FIA and Genetec qualified.
