11 York Street, Manchester

TFS completed the design, supply and install of Fire, Disabled Refuge, CCTV, Intruder Alarm, Access Control and Lift Integration Access Control systems for 11 York Street, a brand new Grade A office building in central Manchester. The state of the art building is complete with a roof terrace, amenity space, cycle stores and showers, and is located within a 5 minute walk of Piccadilly Gardens.

For this project we worked with five manufacturers on the following systems;

• Fire - Honeywell Gent
• Disabled Refuge - Honeywell Gent
• CCTV - Hikvision
• Intruder Alarm - Texecom
• Access Control - Paxton
• Lift Integration Access Control - Lenel
