Tailored Fire & Security will be providing the security & life safety systems for both sites in Manchester & Salford.
Burlington Square brings a 273 unit residential building made up of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with penthouse suites over 9 stories. There will be ground floor communal areas, commercial units and rooftop communal
areas.
The Crescent, known as the ‘Local Crescent’, brings 399 apartments across a 22 and 16 storey tower. Alongside the towers, there will be a smaller six-storey block with the entire scheme offering a mix of one, two, three-bedroom apartments and townhouses. In addition, the development will include a residential swimming pool, yoga rooms and gym facilities in the tallest tower.
