Fire Installation and Commissioning Fire Engineer
Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fire Engineer to join the Installation team at Tailored Fire & Security.
As the successful candidate you will have knowledge with Gent Systems and will have experience of Installation and Commissioning of Fire Systems.
The Installation and Commissioning Engineer will be required to Install and Commission Fire systems as per the direction of the Project Manager. You will work closely with the projects team to ensure that the Installation is completed within the timeframe for handover to the client. You will also work with the team at the office, with regular communication. You will be able to manage yourself whilst on site, have a good understanding of Health & Safety and be able to install in line with the British Standards. You will have good organisation and communication skills.
The working hours will be from 8am-4.30PM with 30 minutes for lunch. You will be required to be on site between these times. Overtime will be required from you when needed.
As Tailored Fire & Security are a National company, you may be required to work outside of the North West, therefore travel is an essential part of the role.

The position is full time and will become a permanent role once the initial probation period is passed.
As the company is NSI GOLD approved, all engineers are screened to BS7858 and DBS checked therefore a clean criminal record is essential. A full UK Driving Licence is also required.
