Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description

Tailored Fire & Security Group`s sales team is focused on delivering exceptional services and products to our existing customers and providing company awareness to potential new customers.
Strong customer support and relationships are critical to the success of Tailored Fire & Security Group, as innovative, value adding services and products lie at the heart of our brand and business.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

This Sales & Marketing Executive role will report directly into the Group Sales Manager, and will manage day to day activities in marketing management. The company wants to expand its customer base on social media and enhance its existing web site, this exciting role will also encompass customer facing and engaging activities such as exhibitions, seminars and social events.

Key Responsibilities for the Sales Marketing Executive – Fire & Security

• Work with the sales team to update and maintain product literature.
• Work with the senior managers to launch new products, obsolete old products and implement changes, look out in the industry for innovative new products.
• Review of Web site and update as necessary.
• Arrange and Attend Exhibition
• Arrange and Attend Seminars & CPDs
• Arrange & Attend Social Events
• Research competitors’ products and market behaviour to create a current competitive landscape.
• Engage Customer Service in the development of products and services.
• Day to day assistance to the Group Sales Manager.
• Maintaining existing and create new marketing literature, such as installation guides, technical data sheets, and ensure the company branding & corporate image is structured & maintained.

What we require from the Sales Marketing Executive: -

• You will be a Business or Marketing Undergraduate or Previous Experience in the Industry
• Be curious, energetic, engaging and positive in your approach
• Have a good basic understanding of the marketing principles
• Have a strong interest in products and services sector
• Possess a high level of communication skills both verbal and written
• Be Microsoft Excel proficient with the ability to interrogate and manipulate data
• Be Microsoft Word and PowerPoint proficient
• Be proficient using all types of social media
• Able to execute projects at speed
• Ability to work to tight project timelines

• £18,000 - £24,000 basic salary per annum depending on experience
• 21 days holiday excluding bank holidays up to a maximum of 26 on length of service
