Applications Manager

Overview

Tailored Fire & Security have an exclusive role that has become available as an Applications Manager to join the company working for one of our prestigious clients. The role is to support the Business as Usual Team and Projects team to ensure that deadlines and SLA’s are met accordingly. The role will be predominantly based from our client’s site in Canary Wharf, London. As our delivery of the contract is across EMEA, there will be opportunity to travel across other sites as and when required.

Main Duties/Responsibilities

As the applications manager, you will be supporting the BAU & Projects team in the delivery of deadlines in SLA’s. You will ideally have experience in the below systems:
• Picture Perfect / Lenel Certified (Access Control Platform)
• Networked Intruder Systems
• Trakka
• Nice Vision (CCTV Platform)
• Kaba

Key Responsibilities for the Applications Manager:

The role will be to support the client and internal BAU and Projects Team. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Programming changes relating to Access Systems/CCTV systems/Situator/KABA & DMP
• Programming of Traka Key Cabinet Systems.
• Raising various access requests for projects on the clients inhouse software platforms.
• Reacting to requests from the business on a daily basis and prioritising work based on the requests & other duties.
• Raising change requests for any programming changes and implementing when approved.
• Issuing reports to client & TFS from PP/Onguard/Situator.
• Supporting the BAU from a technical level.
• Complete all necessary training.
• Any other BAU/Project related duties that the technical or key account manager may decide that falls within the application managers role.

What we expect from the Application Manager:

• Ability to organise and prioritise workload accordingly.
• Excellent communication skills both written and orally, with the ability to effectively communicate to all management levels.
• Work well under pressure and ability to meet deadlines.
• Be able to work as part of a team in supporting the client and other members of the team.
