Fire & Security Engineer - North
Job Description
Tailored Fire & Security are looking for an experienced Multi Disciplined Service and Installation Engineer to join our Northern based team.
As a service and installation engineer you will be able to attend call outs and first fix within a set response time, be able to fault find, repair and install of Security, CCTV, Access Control and Fire Alarm Systems throughout the South of England. There will be a requirement for occasionally working away, therefore travel is an essential part of your role.
Experience is required in the following systems Hikvision, Paxton, Pac, Galaxy, Texecom systems.
You will need to be able to manage yourself whilst on site. Have a good understanding of Security Systems, good organisation and communication skills. Ability to work from steps and ladders, with an understanding of health and safety.
As an applicant for the role you will be a motivated and capable engineer who will go above and beyond to ensure a first time fix. You will have a good range of experience in different sectors and hands on experience with tools. You will be a keen to learn individual, keeping your self up to date with the changing industry and be willing to take on and understand new products and technology. You will be able to liaise with internal staff and clients at all levels of the business, build and maintain working relationships and be able to communicate effectively. You will be able to successfully install fire and security systems in line with the British Standards.

Tailored Fire & Security are NSI GOLD Approved and therefore screen all engineers in line with BS7858 and DBS Checked.
A full UK Clean driving licence is also required.
The position is a full time permanent position after the initial probation period.
