We recently completed the design, supply and installation of various fire and security systems at Middlewood Locks, Manchester

TFS completed the design, supply and installation of the fire alarm, linear heat cable, intercom, intruder alarm, network and CCTV systems for blocks H1, H2, G1 and G2 at the new Middlewood Locks residential development in Salford, Manchester.

For this project we worked with the following manufacturers;

Intruder alarms were installed on all apartments that are accessible from the ground floor, and a linear heat cable was installed to provide fire detection in the car park.

The development currently houses over 750 residents, boasting open green spaces and a waterfront setting, located within walking distance of Spinningfields and the city centre. Alongside the apartment block there is an onsite beer house and Co-op store, with the area set to expand to include further restaurants, shops and bars.

Thanks to our established relationships with all mentioned manufacturers and our extensive experience working within the construction sector, we were able to work effectively to produce a project that would meet the customers' expectations.
