The 18 storey development consists of three interlinked buildings , and is the restoration of a historic 1920's glass bottle factory façade. Glassworks is a modern workspace designed around the needs of a forward-thinking generation, located in Manchester's Northern Quarter. The development boasts a range of amenities including inspiring offices, lounges and collaborative spaces, exclusive hosting, networking and meeting spaces, bike storage, showering and changing facilities, a barista service, and much more.

Thanks to our established relationships and extensive experience working with all mentioned manufacturers, we were able to work efficiently to deliver a project that would meet the customer's expectations.
