Experience
- NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent - Essential
- Auditor and training experience - Essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to take a proactive approach
- Be able to organise yourself and others
- Self-motivation
- Experience working in the Fire & Security industry advantageous
- Computer literate, including all Microsoft programs
- Tailored Fire & Security are NSI Gold Approved and therefore screen all employees in line with BS 7858 and DBS checked - Essential
- Full, clean driving licence - Essential
Responsibilities
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Responsible for auditing, monitoring, and enforcing Fire & Security Compliance and Technical Standards across Tailored Fire & Security Ltd
- Ensuring Install and Service delivery is compliant and follows Tailored Fire & Security processes
- Working closely with the TFS board to implement new ISO 27001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001 and Fire & Life Safety Systems processes
- Resolution of Technical and Compliance issues for regional delivery teams
- Working closely with Directors and Department Managers to evaluate processes and engineering standards
- Responsible for maintaining BAFE/NSI accreditations
- Working with directors to develop internal training programmes to establish a solid foundation and infrastructure for Fire & Security
- Standards monitoring & updating

Employment: Full-Time
Base Salary:
Location: Greater Manchester
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
