Experience

Responsibilities

Duties will include but are not limited to:

• Chasing overdue debtor on ledgers over 100+ accounts
• Ensure accurate and concise collection notes are maintained within the company's collection system to reflect the current debt position for internal reporting purposes
• Identify client disputes and ensure prompt resolution by working internally with other departments whilst ensuring escalation procedures are adhered to at all times
• Hold / release and monitor customer orders and credit exposure
• Ensure Credit Control policies and procedures are adhered to
• Reconciliation of debtors
• Month end reporting into management
• Ensure appropriate credit risk processes are followed
• Open customer accounts
• Cash allocations

Skills

• Computer literate, including all Microsoft programs
• Tailored Fire & Security are NSI Gold Approved and therefore all employees are screened in line with BS 7858 and DBS checked
