Contracts Administrator

Job Description

Position Title: Contracts Administrator
Team: National Contracts Team
Employment Status: Full Time | 37.5 Hours | Monday to Friday | 9:00am to 5.00pm
Reports To: Service Director

Tailored Fire & Security are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our dynamic team at our head office in Oldham.

We are an award-winning Fire and Security company with impressive year on year growth and due to the expansion of our service department we are looking for an experienced Administrator to join the team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established organisation with upcoming projects where you will be an integral part of the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Ensure works are processed and logged to the engineer in a timely fashion.
• Liaise with Project Managers for ordering equipment
• Keep track of lead times / price changes and notify PM’s / Contracts Director
• Good Receiving and Issuing of Equipment
• Assisting with Stock Takes for Branch
• Keeping Inhouse Software up to date with equipment ordering
• Updating Job Costings with correct prices
• Any other Ad-hoc administration

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Self-motivated and pro-active, amicable and adaptable
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Calm and focused under pressure
• The ability to work as part of a team
• Strong communication skills
• Computer literate with strong word and excel experience
