Experience

  • Customer Service: 1 year (required)
  • Technical Support: 1 year (preferred)
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Amicable and adaptable
  • Calm and focused under pressure
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer literate with strong word and excel experience

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all jobs and call outs are processed and logged to the engineer in a timely fashion
  • Interact with customers and respond accordingly as required, ensuring good service at all times
  • Maintain and update schedules as required and ensure work is programmed and completed within timeframe
  • Processing completed service and call out jobs for invoice
  • Daily high-level job chasing
  • Ordering of equipment required following reactive attendance
  • Any other ad-hoc administration

Base Salary:
Location: Greater Manchester
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
