Experience
- Customer Service: 1 year (required)
- Technical Support: 1 year (preferred)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Amicable and adaptable
- Calm and focused under pressure
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills
- Computer literate with strong word and excel experience
Responsibilities
- Ensure all jobs and call outs are processed and logged to the engineer in a timely fashion
- Interact with customers and respond accordingly as required, ensuring good service at all times
- Maintain and update schedules as required and ensure work is programmed and completed within timeframe
- Processing completed service and call out jobs for invoice
- Daily high-level job chasing
- Ordering of equipment required following reactive attendance
- Any other ad-hoc administration

Base Salary:
Location: Greater Manchester
Hours: 37.5 Hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
