TFS Group Compliance Manager

Looking after : Compliance with ISO, SSIAB, BAFE, NSI, H&S, Training

The Roles would be for TFS Group which consists of : TFS GROUP, TFS MCR, TFS LEEDS, TFS LONDON, REDETEC

The Role will consist of the following :

TFS Group currently has robust operating systems in place these would need to be maintained and improved where possible across all the companies.

H&S across the group is of the upmost important and we would want to ensure that we monitor, evaluate and review existing, new and upcoming Health and Safety legislation and ensure that the group has systems and procedures in place to meet legal compliance. work proactively with managers and other key staff to establish and maintain a programme of continuous improvement in the management of Health and Safety within their areas of responsibility, which includes conducting regular audits.

To ensure the business maintains all current certification including BAFE, ISO, SSIAB and others ..

To ensure that rigorous risk assessment and accident management systems are in place, to undertake risk assessment processes to identify hazards and to ensure that appropriate control measures are in place.

To Implement where required new standards, directives and policies for the Group.

To ensure that all areas of training across the business are fully up to date, this would be not just limited to engineering but H&S, sales, design, estimating, financial and management.

Ensuring Sub Contractors are compliant and working to the same high standards as our own employees.

The Role would require supplying assistance to admin in completing PQQs and providing the necessary information for the same.

The Role will require visits to the various office locations, generally based from Head Office at Manchester but also visiting site based project teams.
