Fire Alarm Project/Commissioning Engineer
Tailored Fire & Security London - Chatham Based

At least 10 years’ experience required in following disciplines: -

Liaise with Project Manager to ascertain the commissioning requirement

Good fault finding & commission skills essential

Detailed knowledge of various makes of Fire Alarm Panels (Advanced, Morley, Gent,etc.) and field devices (Hochiki, Apollo, Gent etc).

Knowledge of commissioning small to large fire alarm systems using laptop software

Installation Skills (approved electrician status ideal)

Document commissioning tests : Project plans, cause and effect, wiring diagrams, O&M manual or handover documentation

Working knowledge required of BS,EN, BAFE & standards. LSP1014 disirable

Willing to work independently and timely

Required for “Out Of Hours On Call” duty.

Full driving licence & ECS Card is essential. Company vehicle, uniform and mobile phone provided.

Candidate is to have Good customer service skills and presentable appearance.

Career level required: Experienced (Non-Manager)

Education required AS levels or equivalent


40 hours per week, Monday-Friday, between 8:00am - 4:30pm

Salary Negotiable - dependant on experience
