Junior Export Administrator

Job Description

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Export department for a leading Fire and Security provider. This role will be suited to somebody who wants to learn the exporting trade from start to finish, somebody who is positive, focussed and able to work under pressure. Must be able to travel to and from Oldham, Chadderton area.

The Role

The junior export administrator will report to Shipping/Export Manager and Key Account Manager
The main responsibilities will include:

• Day to day admin duties
• Responsibility for placing orders for Project Managers and arranging deliveries to site when required
• Assist with all export documentation for EU and none EU countries (training will be provided)
• Ad hoc queries and issues as they arise
• Must be IT literate

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Skills / Abilities
• Experience of CASH / Excel desirable but not necessary as training will be provided
• Ability to work well under pressure

Full support will be provided as well as specific software training where necessary.
Job Type: Full-time – Monday – Friday -9.00 – 5.00
Salary: National Minimum Wage
